Deadline to Apply: Healthy Farms, Healthy People State Meetings Learning Community
As part of its work with the Healthy Farms, Healthy People Coalition, NNPHI will provide selected nonprofit organizations with awards of up to $7,500 to conduct a state meeting in 2012 focusing on opportunities for improving health through the intersection between agriculture and health. This award will be coupled with limited technical assistance and participation in a learning community of other organizations hosting similar meetings.
Two-page applications are due by February 13, 2012 at 5:00 PM ET.
