How to use the eCatalog
Keyword Tips:
As you start typing you will see suggested keywords that will help narrow your results. Try to follow the suggestions. If it is not a suggested keyword, it’s probably not in our eCatalog!

Topics Tips:
- You can hold down the CTRL key to select multiple items.

- The number within parenthesis ”(X)”, reports the number of files within that topic.

Programs Tips:

How to use this tool:

- If you are not finding any results, try broadening your search.
- Keyword search is very specific. Only use this function if you know exactly what you are looking for.

Fostering Emerging Institutes Project
The Fostering Emerging Institutes Project is dedicated to helping emerging public health institutes operate with heightened efficiency and direction through technical assistance and mentoring. Files in this category include tools and resources such as teleconferences and technical assistance materials from both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the FEIP. For samples of PHI documents such as by-laws, articles of incorporation and policies and procedures, please visit the PHIs category.
The Multi-State Learning Collaborative
The Multi-State Learning Collaborative is a 10 state learning community dedicated to exploring quality improvement and accreditation/assessment strategies to enhance the work of public health departments. Files include tools and resources for quality improvement, performance standards and measures, accreditation, and information regarding each participating state’s work.
National Network Of Public Health Institutes
The National Network of Public Health Institutes is a membership organization dedicated to fostering collaboration, facilitating mutual support and articulating and advocating for the public health institute concept. Files include the reports and publications of NNPHI, newsletters and conference materials.
National Public Health Performance Standards Program
The National Public Health Performance Standards Program (NPHPSP) is a collaborative effort of seven national partners dedicated to improving the quality of public health practice and the performance of public health systems. Here you will find the summaries from the monthly NPHPSP User Call Series.
Public Health Institutes
This category is devoted to documents from individual Public Health Institutes. Files include annual reports, programs/projects information, formation documents such as bylaws and articles of incorporation, as well as other presentations and resources from institutes.
The Public Health Leadership Society
The Public Health Leadership Society is a membership organization comprised of alumni from national, state and regional public health leadership institutes. Files include annual program materials, transcripts and resources guides from the leadership teleconference series and PHLS reports and publications.
